In this privacy policy we inform you about the data processing on our website as well as in the context of our newsletter and when processing orders via the store. All processing is limited to the absolute minimum technically necessary.

Depending on whether you only visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter or order products via our store, we process your data in different ways:

Our website does not set cookies or use analysis or tracking methods; your data will not be commercialized in any way. Visiting the website is completely anonymous and will remain so in the future. The server of our website is located in Austria.
If you send us inquiries via the contact form on our website, by e-mail or by telephone, we process the information you provide

If you subscribe to our fundamental rights newsletter, we will process your

which you conclusively submit with your registration. You can revoke this consent at any time. Furthermore, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the end of each mail sent out via the newsletter.

3.3 Shop
When you order our fundamental rights cards via the store, we process
- First and last name,
- E-mail, and
- Delivery address
to process the order and send you the parcel.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is
- the fulfillment of the contract for the purchase of the fundamental rights cards in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO.

4. Your rights
In principle, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data processed by us:
- You have a right of access to the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- You have the right to have the data concerning you corrected if it is stored incorrectly or incompletely (Art. 16 GDPR),
- You have the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR),

- You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you (Art. 21 GDPR),
- You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (Article 22 GDPR),
- You have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority in the event of a suspected breach of data protection law (Art. 77 GDPR). In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible for this.
5. Storage period
Your data will only be stored as long as it is necessary for the purposes intended in the processing:
- Your e-mail address will be removed from the newsletter distribution list as soon as you unsubscribe or informally object to the processing.
- Your data related to orders in the online store will be stored for ten years for tax reasons.
