1. Scope

These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products by the association “Forschungsgesellschaft IT-Recht und Rechtsinformatik” on this website. By placing an online order, you agree to the application of these Terms of Sale to your order.

Only the German version of these terms and conditions is binding; other language versions are for information purposes only.

2. Conclusion of contract

Your order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. When you place an order, we will send you a message confirming that we have received your order. This order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. A purchase contract is only concluded when we ship the ordered product to you or confirm the order and thus accept your offer.

You agree to receive invoices electronically. Electronic invoices are provided to you in PDF format.

Delivery locations

Basically, we only deliver to addresses in Austria and Germany.

3. Right to withdraw 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please address your revocation to:

You can formulate your declaration accordingly freely or use this sample revocation form.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have returned the goods within 14 days.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You have to bear the regular costs of return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 50 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.

4. Prices

All prices include the applicable sales tax.

5. Payment

The customer has to transfer the purchase price including shipping costs according to the invoice to the following bank account:
